SHIPPING INFORMATION

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery schedules will vary based on product size and shipping address. Products typically ship within 7 business days. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do, but additional international shipping charges will apply. Also, delivery time will differ depending on where the destination of the order is.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer standard shipping with FedEx.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as cash, checks and money orders drawn in a U.S. Bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number on the bottom of the check. 

How frequently do you run special pricing?

Special limited time pricing promotions are run periodically through the year based on numerous factors. Keep checking the website for specials. Plus sign up for notifications about special promotions.

Is Buying Online Safe On Your Site?

Yes, because we make every effort to make our site as secure as possible. Our site is SSL-Encrypted and we utilize PayPal services for online transactions. PayPal is easy to use and is considered the standard for online shopping.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Simply add items to your cart, then checkout. For special requests, you could always contact us directly.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

On you account (top-right-side of screen), there is an option in your settings to view orders in progress. Check your order in progress and look for the cancel button. For additional help, you can always contact us directly.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t have to place an order with an account. You could check out as a guest instead. However, you wouldn’t be able to create and view a purchase history, or save your payment info for convenience. We recommend creating an account to enhance your shopping experience. 

How Do I Track My Order?

A shipping code will be provided once your order is complete. Shipping code will available in your purchase history under your account.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you wish to return a product, contact us directly to let us know what item you are returning and why. Make sure to have your receipt code handy, that way we can identify the right order. We will make sure to send you a return-confirmation email with instructions on how to return the package. We will reimburse you for the cost once we receive the items.

Can I sign up teammates and friends and family for your “Motivation Club”?

Yes, you can sign any friends and family you choose. You just monitor the progress through your account.

Do I need to order your motivation tees every month?

Our motivation club offers you the opportunity to automatically receive the newest tee shirt before they even hit the market at a substantial savings. The “Motivation Club” members automatically get processed in our warehouse and shipped out. No need to follow up. Just check your in box.

Can I give Walkoff Sports Gift Cards to my players as a gift or incentive?

Absolutely.  Order gift cards in any denominations and use at any time.

Are there any limitations on how much I can earn on your MVP Program?

No, there are no minimums or maximums on your earnings. Your account can keep accumulating until you decide to spend all or even a portion of your earnings.

Are all purchases eligible for WOS Rewards?

There are limitations. Team and Wholesale purchases are not eligible for earnings at this time. Please call for possible exceptions. Products exempt from the MVP program may change without notice.
